The staff was professional the rooms quite and clean excellent breakfast only issues were homeless people in lobby that were eating free breakfast for guest i feel that security needs attention in order to eliminate chane of serious event one person was disturbing and scared my grandson i know they are hungry but security needs attention other than issue all was good

the room had just about all the amenities of home including a two burner stove top

When I got there they didn’t have power due to an electrical storm so they couldn’t even get me in the electric sliding doors and I had to find a different hotel. It wasn’t their fault, but I will be requesting my money back.

Nice stopover point on trip back from Santa Fe to San Antonio. Very clean, spacious and quiet. Almost like staying in an apartment with kitchenette, separate sitting area room and bedroom in its own room

Who forgot shoes in our room?
We have stayed here once before and loved it. This visit the room smelled a little weird and still had shoes and a sock left from previous guests in the room. Not sure how that was missed during cleaning 😬

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff
This property was absolutely beautiful - a great surprise when I simply chose a hotel close to the freeway for a quick night of sleep on a long road trip. The front desk clerk was super friendly and professional and I loved having Starbucks so close before I hit the road in the morning.
