  • Big Horn 36 sits right at the base of Big Sky Resort — a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo for 6 where the Bear Back Poma lift is a short walk from your door. Skip the car shuffle, pull on your boots in the entryway, and go.

    Inside, the open main floor is designed for easy group living: a full kitchen with bar seating, a dining table that expands to seat 6, an electric fireplace, and a back deck with a propane grill for après-ski evenings under the Montana sky. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, giving every guest their own space.

    The ski-tuning bench in the garage keeps your gear dialed in all season. In summer, trade the slopes for hiking, biking, and paddling through one of Montana's most spectacular mountain playgrounds.

    Ski-in/out note: The Bear Back Poma lift typically closes by mid-April — check conditions for late-season stays.
    No A/C — and you won't miss it. Big Sky summers stay naturally cool. Open the windows at night to draw in the mountain air, then close them and pull the blinds in the morning to keep it cool all day.

    - Getting here from Bozeman Airport: A car is the best way to explore Big Sky. Two Pines guests receive a 5% discount with Explore Rentals, located minutes from the airport, with 4WD vehicles and seasonal snow tires available.

Really nice spot

Not a thing wrong with this property. Literally steps from a tow rope to the base of Mountain Village. For those that wanted, it is an easy five minute walk. Kitchen and all the amenities were almost perfectly stocked. Unit was so clean that there was nothing to complain about. We prepared New Year’s Eve dinner in our unit for 13 people, and only missing kitchen utensil was a whisk.Only suggestion would be adding a love seat in the living room for more seating

Mountain home

Our family enjoyed the beautiful setting and the comfortable condo for meals and conversation. Love the available washer and dryer and well appointed kitchen. We spent a fantastic long weekend hiking and getting a good rest from the world. It was perfect for a COVID-19 world!
