We had some issues with the furnace, but Mike did his best to make sure that someone came over right away to look at it right away and without being able to get it fixed, was able to place some heaters to make sure we are comfortable throughout the rest of our day. I would assume this is a one time occurrence.. the house is very comfortable and accommodating as we had five people stay in all of the rooms. Large tv. The only thing missing were coffee cups as we were able to make coffee and ended up using our yetis so it all worked out. We used it well for our pre-xmas family gathering. Good location for downtown and the river walk. Comfortable beds, plenty of parking. Fairly well stock w/dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.Kind of sparsely decorated and the furniture is a bit too small for such large rooms. Could use spare chairs and blankets in the bedrooms. Back bedroom is unheated. Some small details need to be worked out like doors latches, towel racks, kitchen organization, etc. Cleaning crew could do a little better in the kitchen.
