"Based on room 313- larger room with 2 Q beds- check in was speedy. Initial smell - gym socks. Room needs dusting and couch fabric cleaning but overall clean. No shower gel attached to wall so only 1 small little bottle. 1 of the bed had squeaky springs. Mini fridge in room, TV has plenty of channels. ..."

"Conveniently located near Ferris State University. Very helpful + professional staff and a delicious breakfast! It was nice to have an outdoor pool for the hot summer days. The room was clean and as expected. A great inexpensive option for my family - and dog!"
