"The new owners, who are very kind and friendly, have done a wonderful job with renovating and making this older motel a clean, comfortable, and great place to stay that is still very affordable. They took over the Stampeder Motel which had poor reviews under the previous owners, and re-named this updated place the Stampeder Inn. These new owners take pride in the changes they have made and it shows. They are very responsive if you find anything amiss in the room. For travellers with food, there is a handy, full-sized, well-functioning fridge, and microwave. The bed was very comfortable with good mattresses, and the shower water pressure was great (maybe even too much!). The location is very convenient, even if you do not have a car. Wifi worked well. This a great little motel and I would not hesitate to return. Thank you for a great, affordable stay!"

"The room was as advertised and was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a modest continental breakfast. There was enough parking enough though the hotel was very busy. I would stay here again."

"I was disappointed in my room. The air conditioner worked but not well. The carpet really needs to be replaced. And the mattress was old. It was nice to use the gym and hot tub. The free breakfast was nice as well."
