"Fantastic family stay. We had a Grand Suite (Thani Wing) and the view was perfect. Nice big room for 2 adults and a child, though because the childs bed was in the living room area, we could have used an extra chair or seating option. Close to all pools and the beach. House keeping team were great. Excellent breakfast options in a clean environment. The hotel restaurants were quite a bit more expensive than the ones outside the complex, without much difference in the food. Excellent bars in the hotel. Happy hour at the Coconut Bar was 5.30 - 7 each day and included some fantastic sunsets. Variety of pools were brilliant. New kids pools across the road were fun and included a lazy river, as well as 4 slides and wave pool. Great location. 5 minutes from Kata Beach, 10 from Karon, 25 from Patong. Will return when we next visit Phuket."

"Overall rating: 7.7/10 ⭐ A very enjoyable family stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. We had a lovely ocean-view room, which really added to the experience, and the check-in process was smooth, efficient and welcoming. The resort itself is spacious, green and relaxing, with excellent pool areas and a very convenient location close to Karon Beach. It has the feel of a proper full-scale resort, with plenty of space for families to unwind. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the property was generally well maintained and comfortable. The only point to keep in mind is that the resort is quite large, so there can be a fair amount of walking between different areas. Overall, though, we had a very pleasant stay. Recommended for families looking for a spacious beachfront-style resort experience in Karon."

"This resort is essentially a magical containment zone for tiny, high-energy humans. Between the endless activities, the pools, and the water slides, Muay Thai class, they somehow found the secret to completely draining my kids' batteries. The staff here deserve a medal, a pay raise, and possibly a stiff drink. They were first-class, kind, and possessed a level of patience that is deeply impressive (and frankly, a little terrifying). Absolute legends, every single one of them. They made our stay so incredibly enjoyable that I had to be dragged to the taxi kicking and screaming—and for once, it was me throwing the tantrum, not the kids. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely stunning property with magnificent views. If you're looking for luxury and somewhere private to feel like home, look no further. Situated at top of the mountains nestled within private spaces overlooking the beautiful sea and crab island, this place is remarkable and just far and close enough from all the tourist and activities. Loved coming home every evening to the quiet after being out and about. Be cautious for those who are not driving or relying on taxi as the slope to get to the property is really steep and not everyone will be able to walk or drive it. Definitely recommend and likely to return."
