We enjoyed our stay. The cabin has a perfect layout for our family. We had a couple of minor glitches when we arrived, however, the host corrected them immeidately. We would stay again if we visited Big Bear Lake again. Loved our stay!

We had a fantastic weekend at this cabin. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The downstairs game room was so fun for my kids. The rooms had plenty of blankets and space heaters. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed.

We had a great time, loved the layout of the cabin. Lots of room, great downstairs game room. Kitchen was well supplied with the cooking appliances and pans etc that we need. This property is just perfect. We love the Moonridge neighborhood, and had a nice time riding our e-bikes around. The cabin is adorable and comfortable. I love all the little bears everywhere. It’s decorated so cute. The deck under the trees is lovely to sit and relax. ❤️

Grandkids loved the game room. The cabin environment was great and well appointed. The jacuzzi was great and worked well, Did need chlorine I believe (odor). The door leading to the back deck would not open at times, door knob needs work. Taking own trash to collection site is a nuisance, Had to wait in line and Big Bear traffic can be aggravating. Really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Bear Hug cabin.
