About this property
Cozy Lakefront Cottage with spectacular views!
- Enjoy beautiful Lake Independence 25-30 miles NW of Marquette, MI with a 3-bedroom lake cottage right on the southside of the lake with a sandy beach and dock. Pontoon not included, but there is an open boat slip on our dock (mid-June through mid-October). 2 kayaks and stand up paddleboards with oars are included.
Some of the best UTV, snowmobiling, mountain biking, and skiing trails along with backcountry snowmobiling in the U.P. are right in your backdoor. Fish for walleye, perch, pike, and bass on Lake Independence in the summer or winter!
Fall 2023 Update: We've widened the driveway of N3324 so there is plenty of room for snowmobile trailers, along with additional parking. We've also purchased the empty lot next door so there is even more room for parking.
