We had to complain to the concierge that there was 1/4th of a toilet paper roll when we arrived. She was pretty impolite in her reaction saying ‘it’s what the previous people left, you should take your own’. Im not taking my own TP rolls for a 2 days stay. One basic roll would suffice. There wasn’t any soap to wash anything by hand nor to wash your hands. The concierge as mentioned is rather impolite and couldn’t care about making sure we would have a nice stay. I wouldn’t reccomend staying here unless you want to bring every tiny thing from your home to this place. De ligging vh appartement is dusdanig, dat je direct het bos in kan en waar je kan genieten van wandelingen met schitterende uitzichten. Allerdings hätten wir es schön gefunden, wenn es ein kleines Starterpaket mit wenigstens einer Mülltüte, einem Geschirrspültab oder dergleichen, einem Abwaschlappen gegeben hätte. Wir haben u ... Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft, ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Guter Kontakt zum Concierge, falls es mal was gibt. Die Unterkunft ist ländlich, ruhig und schön zentral in einem schönen Wandergebiet gelegen. Das Tal der Semois und die französischen Ardennen, aber auch die Lesse sind leicht erreichbar.
