I also think it's overpriced for that area. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. However, the carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. It was pretty dirty. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was very loose. I tightened that up myself. I'm not sure why housekeeping couldn't have figured out to do that. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The food was cold. It looked and tasted like it was leftover from the day before. I also had a bowel of hu tieu that was prepared when I ordered it. That was decent and at least it was hot. There's a Vincom Center shopping mall a very short walk away. There are a lot of places to eat, get coffee, etc. within walking distance from the hotel. My room and also the towels have strong cigarette odor. Hotel spa and sauna show closing time 10:00\. I arrived 15 mins before the closing time, the staff said the facility is closed The hotel does not give you option whether to include the breakfast as part of the booking. The continental breakfast was disappointing as it does not have many selection to choose from.
