The photos of this apartment must be several years old now. There was an unacceptable amount of pots(some chips on bowls)and pans for 4 people. No drinking glasses or wine glasses. Thin towels. Bedding and pillows were of a poor quality. There were rips on the bed settee. Dirty walls. Stains on the curtains. Food inside the radiator. Sauna not working. And to make matters worse, the cleaner turned up 1 hour early before check out. Then the rental company harassed us about checking out late. We checked out on time, but they sent several emails asking why we hadn’t requested late check out! When I complained to them they accused me of shouting at the cleaner. Complete liars so stay away!

A nice, simple, clean apartment. Easy walking distance to the Hub buildings and metro, plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés in the area.

I was disappointed with my stay. For one, the room we ordered was different, we got apartment 163 instead of 134. There was no AC, no curtains, there was no hair dryer despite the description, the TV did not work. The owner avoided us when we called them. The room was very hot all day. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the description photos showed a completely different bed, in reality the bed was a reclining sofa. I would never stay in this place again and don't recommend it to anyone.

We booked last minute for a one-night stay. The site did not indicate an additional deposit and the property sent a link for payment through a private email that went to spam. I missed that email and upon calling, the woman was dismissive stating I should get to a cafe for wifi before 10pm cutoff. It was 930pm, had my three kids with me, and was frantically trying to get this payment through. A little more kindness would have gone a long way. Take note: A lot of stairs to take. There is active construction going on in the area. The property taped signs on all the windows saying to not open them due the possibility of the glass breaking due to winds. There are several fans available but it was not enough to dissipate the heat in the rooms and we were sweltering. We booked due to the great reviews and were expecting a nice, reasonable stay. This was a terrible stay. I did request a refund from the owner before checking out of the property due to the circumstances and was declined since I “completed” my stay and did not reach out when the problems occurred. I am understanding this to mean calling at 3a asking to permit me to open a window or something? I’m not sure. I did want to give the positives. We did think the apartment was true to the pictures. They provided some amenities like body wash and shampoo. Pillows were plentiful.

I was only here for less than 24 hours, and for a quick stop before a flight it wasn’t bad. My main complaint is that the bathroom smelled really bad, like bad water, so I had to keep the door closed. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet enough for sleep. I did find it a bit hard to find at night in the rain, but that probably had more to do with Google Maps terrible walking directions from the train station. The host did a good job of sharing info on how to enter once I arrived.
