Self-contained family apartment on first floor of a stately home. Beautiful period styling with all modern conveniences. Well equipped open plan kitchen, cosy wood-burner and large smart TV in the lounge, two comfortable bedrooms, both ensuite (master has a roll-top bath and separate huge walk in shower). Enjoy countryside views towards Westward Ho! and Abbotsham Cliffs. Just 2 miles to the beach, and set within 5 acres of quiet private grounds. Indoor playroom, plus fire pits and BBQs, play areas and trees to enjoy outside. Ample free parking and fast EV charging if needed. Borrow some of our bikes to explore the Tarka trail along the river (keep an eye out for otters) or take our locally made body boards or inflatable SUP to nearby blue flag Westward Ho! beach. Just two minutes from the main A39 Atlantic Highway, giving easy access from M5 and onwards to the whole of North Devon. Explore the famous village of Clovelly, charming Appledore Quay, Croyde, Woollacombe, Exmoor, Dartmoor, RHS Rosemoor and the Southwest Coast Path.
