The village quay, too, is just a short walk away, and in the summer months a ferry runs across the estuary to the neighbouring village of Instow where visitors will find a yacht club and beach. Just two miles from the property, Westward Ho! Boasts a beautiful sandy beach.


Entering the apartment on the ground floor you go up the staircase and enter onto the first floor landing with the lounge to your right with comfy sofas, Smart TV and feature fireplace, this is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. The open-plan kitchen/diner is bright, airy and well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and washer/dryer. The table and chairs offer easy dining and a great spot to plan your next days adventure. Off the kitchen is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading back to the landing a further staircase leads up to the second floor, where you will find the two bedrooms one double and one twin both having exposed beams.


While this apartment doesn’t have an outdoor space, you can pull up just 20 paces from the property to load and unload your belongings. After that, parking is available on the roadside (subject to availability), or in nearby public car parks.
