The two-mile long (at low tide) sandy beach is just a few moments’ walk from the property and offers a range of seaside activities, including a surf academy, kite surfing, and kite buggying. The town itself has a range of shops and cafes, which guests can easily walk to from the apartment. Slightly further afield, but still within easy reach, visitors to the area may enjoy trips to the nearby harbour towns of Appledore and Bideford.


Entering this light and airy apartment, guests will be immediately drawn to the stunning ocean views through the impressive floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is laid out so that these views can be enjoyed from both the lounge area or from the property's dining table. It would be impossible to tire of these views, but for those who are able to tear themselves away, the lounge area offers a Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen area has plenty of workspace and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, whilst a separate cupboard houses the freezer. The property’s bedroom is a spacious double which is tastefully styled with some attractive seaside touches. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
