Comfortable cosy hotel in the perfect spot. Lots to do in the area and not far from all the attractions in the Alps. Restaurant served excellent food if a bit restricted in choice. We loved our stay and intend going again!

The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay an excellent experience - they are incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming! Dinner each night in the restaurant was of an extremely high standard with impeccable service -...

Gorgeous little find outside of Innsbruck and a really cosy family run place. We booked a double room, bed was quite comfortable and the room was really spacious with a dining area with booth seating. Sauna was very clean, relaxing and modern. We had drinks, dinner and breakfast in the hotel as it was a one night stay and didn't feel like exploring the surrounding towns after a road trip. The dinner there pretty good, traditional meals and good quality, breakfast was in another area again and...

Warmly greeted on arrival, with a glass of Prosecco and given a tour of the hotel and all its facilities. The weekend was reasonably busy but the hotel wasn't full so the sauna & steam rooms were freely available. One evening during the week I had the entire spa area to myself. The pool was warm & the hot tub sociable. The spread at breakfast was amazing, including a juice extractor so that you could prepare your own freshly squeezed orange or veg/fruit juices. Nothing was too much trouble for...

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Nice restaurant.

Hotel was brilliant, the main attraction was the setting, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It is also a 10 min walk to one castle and a short bus ride to the other. Would highly recommend.

Location outstanding, staff friendly. Upgraded to suite which was amazing!

Great place to stay, lots to do in the hotel for both kids and adults. Well thought out rooms for ski/bike/hiking equipment. Staff were helpful and laid-back. Lots of choice for breakfast (although they did run out of butter).

Great hotel in the centre of Garmisch. 5 mins walk to main shopping and restaurant areas. Amazing views of Germany’s highest mountain, the Zugspitze, directly from our room. Good little indoor pool. Very friendly staff, wearing traditional dress. Bar prices quite reasonable. Half board has good breakfast buffet and three main meal choices (meat, fish, veg) soup dessert. Free minibar is true - you get beer and soft drinks most days. Parking very easy - €12 per day. The whole place feels...

Great hotel - bike hire - great choice at breakfast including eggs cooked whichever way you like, brought to your table. Room clean. No kettle etc but they were available to take to your room from a unit on first floor. Friendly staff - ate at night in restaurant - food very good. 10min bike ride into Fussen centre or about 20 min walk. Cycling very popular with separate bike paths. Parking was OK but when hotel busy not enough bays but can park alongside of building. Would definitely recommend...

Fantastic place, located in near fishing pond and stunning view on the Zugspitze

Spa was great, lots of diffetent areas to try. Amazing views of the mountains and castle from the outdoor pool. Staff were very friendly, helpful and chatty. Nice welcome drink on arrival, food was lovely in the restaurant. Great selection of teas and local produce at breakfast. Room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom.

Lovely Bavarian hotel tucked in away from Main Street but super close to town centre.
