"The hotel was probably the best in the local area, however while it was acceptable, several items would not make it an easy choice to return. The hotel was often full of smoke, a good portion of the beds were extremely hard. the Traffic noise from outside was disturbing. the Breakfast was restricted and very average. On the bright side, the reception staff and manager were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were of a decent size. The location on a busy intersection meant that there was not much...

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. The property is relaxing and peaceful and the best part for us was the breakfast. Everything was freshly made and they even have fruit that grows on the property. They have free bikes to use but most of the places you want to visit can be a bit of a drive so you can rent a motorbike from them. Cant wait to be back!"

"The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque. "This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled. 2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to...

Nam Cuong Nam Dinh Hotel

8/10 Good

"The hotel is clean, offers a wonderful view, and the staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is large and excellent. There is a park right in front where you can take a walk. However, the refrigerator doesn't work well, and the towels have a slight smell of sweat."

Meliá Vinpearl Phu Ly

8/10 Good

"Quite a dust in room, especially in bedroom around the tv and tv wooden doors on top not touched for long time and drawers in edges too, not a big thing, staff awesome, the receptionist, other staff with very limited English so then end up at the restaurant while on my way to swimming pool, the breakfast is very lovely concept, set up, almost all food great except the pancakes and very strange ham, not edible for European, the danish pastry and croissants were super buttery though 👍👍but in general very nice property, ah and when you try to call hotel, you are transferred to Spanish customer service with no Vietnamese knowledge, so took phone from my gf and used English instead."
