On the ground floor, the apartment boasts a stunning lounge, with high ceilings, coving and sash windows. Curl up in front of the large open fireplace after a busy day exploring the local area and spend the evening relaxing or watching TV on our brand new smart TV. There is also a spacious kitchen and dining area, seating 6 comfortably, with everything you need to enjoy meals together! Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms, including a beautiful king size room with original sash windows, and a twin room perfect for family stays. On the second floor, you will find an elegant third bedroom with a double bed and stunning beams. The apartment also has three bathrooms across all floors, including a downstairs toilet, a shower room on the first floor and a gorgeous bathroom on the second floor with a freestanding bath, ideal for relaxing after a busy day! Outside, you will have access to the large communal garden, with plenty of room for everyone to have privacy. There is also table and chairs set out under a tree to enjoy! There are also 2 guaranteed parking spaces for ease. Nestled in the lovely village of Steeple Aston, with roots going back to Roman times, with a local shop, post Office and a traditional pub and restaurant, the Red Lion it is the perfect countryside escape! With local walking options and Bicester Village and Banbury both only a short 20-minute drive away, our home is also a great base for any exploring on your to-do list during your stay! \*\*Important:\*\* We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. \*\*\* Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay.
