The apartment is only 100 meters from the Punta Rožica beach, where you can enjoy swimming and diving with your family and friends. This beach also offers natural shade, a concrete sunbathing area, and sunshades. The apartment is located in the middle of a peninsula and is surrounded by the sea on 3 sides. The nearest entrance to the sea is only 30 meters from the apartment. It is located in quiet street with no traffic, making it safe for children. All necessary amenities are located nearby and in the pedestrian zone: restaurants, cafes, a clinic, a shop, an ATM, etc. Oldtown apartment Apola 2 is located on the first floor, and below it is apartment Apola 1\.
