"In general is was an excellent hotel with great staff. The description may have been a bit deceiving as we had a shared eating and kitchen space. I don't recall that in the description. I also didn't realize we weren't in the main building but were put in an out building"

Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "

"This is the place to stay when you are vacationing around the Bodensee area. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and conveniently located.
