Thank you for your attention and understanding. \## Space Welcome to our charming triplex, perfectly located right across from Biarritz train station! Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for toddlers due to the stairs and proximity to the road. Our triplex offers a comfortable space for you and your fellow travelers. The four bedrooms are equipped with double beds (140x190 cm) to ensure a good night's sleep. Each room also includes a storage closet. For your convenience, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the triplex. If you need to work during your stay, two of the bedrooms feature a desk area. The living room includes a Full HD TV, a sofa, and a dining table. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with an American refrigerator, a dishwasher, a four-burner stove, an extractor hood, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine, as well as dishes and cutlery. You can prepare delicious meals just like at home. A washing machine is available for your personal use, and a hairdryer is provided in the bathroom. Additionally, you'll find an iron and ironing board.The triplex is fitted with double-glazed windows, providing sound and thermal insulation for a pleasant and peaceful stay. Everything is new and clean. The fact that there are two bedrooms on the Attic make them very quiet and private. The house is located 10 minutes drive from the beach. Well connected to centre of Biarritz by bus and elsewhere by train. Location itself isn’t ideal as the train station nearby is quite loud and there was no air conditioning (making it quite hot when it’s 36 degrees outside!). We appreciated the fans provided but could’ve done with one more. Also the staircase could do with replacing - it is plastic and seems a bit precariously fixed onto the wall. Overall though would recommend (just be aware of the stairs for young kids or older adults as they are steep and one set is spiralled). ##### Meg H. Grand voyageur, je ne rédige que très rarement des avis très négatifs mais je ne peux aujourd'hui passé sous silence notre experience. Dès notre arrivée, les extérieurs nous indiquaient de suite l'état futur de cet hébergement - Volets cassées, délabrés, impossible à fermer. - Compteur de gaz extérieur sans porte donc accessible à tous les passants. on a connu meilleure sécurité ! A l'intérieur, nous allons de surprises en surprises avec - un escalier en colimaçon qui est soutenu par des étais (vulgaires tasseaux de bois qui maintiennent quelques marches). L'affaissement de l'ensemble fait que la table à repasser rangée sous l'escalier est en contrainte et sert aussi d'étai.. - le sol est totalement soulevé à l'étage ce qui ne permettait pas de fermer la porte des toilettes et de la salle de bains. Le parquet était totalement soulevé, gondolé par les infiltrations d'eau. - le radiateur d'une chambre était arraché et déposé contre le mur tout en étant toujours raccordé électriquement. - les meubles de la salle de bain du haut ne fermait pas - le réfrigérateur américain perdait de l'eau ce qui nécessitait d'essuyer chaque jour le sol. Fort de tous ces éléments, j'ai immédiatement informé la personne de contact qui m'a dès le lundi proposé de faire passer quelqu'un pour faire quelques réparations. Lors de cet échange cette personne m'a indiqué etre parfaitement informé de tous ces éléments mais que cela ne pouvait porter préjudice à notre séjour, indiquant même que nous n'aurons surement pas besoin du chauffage dans la chambre.... On m'a aussi indiqué que l'escalier n'était pas dangereux dans son état... Au travers de ce avis, je souhaite indiquer au propriétaire qu'il n'est pas recevable, concevable d'avoir payé 1800 € pour une telle prestation. Que proposez-vous comme dédommagement ? Appart' très bien situé (5min à pieds de la gare, 15 min en bus des plus belles plages, 15 min à pieds d'une zone industrielle avec un hypermarché aux prix accessibles ++) et très bien équipé. Seul bémol: appartement beaucoup trop bruyant (bruits de la route qui lui est adjacente, mais surtout, bruits des autres habitant.e.s car les murs sont literallement en carton, d'où une impossibilité de marcher dans sa chambre sans réveiller les 3 autres chambres) mais avec des boules quies tout est réglé !
