Short stay on first time visit to Biarritz

Nice property in quiet location.Everything you need and lots of space.Shops nearby so easy to get supplies.Easy stroll in to the centre and seafront.

Petit cocon dans un quartier très calme de Biarritz

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cette maison familiale, chaleureuse et décorée avec goût . Le quartier est calme, tout près des commerces et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre de Biarritz . Nadine est une personne très agréable et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La maison est très chaleureuse, une véritable maison de famille où l'on se sent tout de suite bien. Le quartier est idéal pour profiter de Biarritz. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Très bien dans l’ensemble

Mis à part de gros problèmes de moustiques et une maison assez étroite pour des enfants( salon quasi inutilisable) l’extérieur rattrape le reste. Cependant n’ayant pas de climatisation des moustiquaires serait il me semble plus que nécessaire.

Charmante maison dans un quartier biarrot typique

Notre séjour chez Nadine s’est très bien déroulé, la maison est charmante et très bien équipée, tout est laissé à la disposition des locataires dans un esprit de confiance très agréable. Nadine s’est montrée réactive et s’est adaptée à nos demandes et contraintes. La proximité avec les locataires du rez-de-chaussée est réelle, en particulier au niveau du jardin, mais pas gênante du moment que l’on est prévenu. La maison se trouve dans un quartier très joli, à proximité directe de commerces de qualité et à 10 min à pied de la grand plage, de la plage du miramar ou du phare. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Résidence de centre ville au calme

En plein centre de Biarritz, proche de la plage à pied. Tout le confort pour passer des vacances idéales. Maison plus dans l'esprit Airbnb (habitée par la propriétaire) que maison de location. Les commerces proches permettent de laisser la voiture. Très appréciable l'été, voire indispensable ! Maison qui garde bien le frais. A noter que le jardin est partagé avec deux autres locataires (très discret) dont l'un est mitoyen à la maison et dont la porte d'entrée donne pour ainsi dire sur la terrasse. Pas gênant, mais il faut le savoir. L'emplacement est malgré tout idéal. Et la rue est très calme.

Séjour à Biarritz dans une maison Basque très agréable

Maison de type Basque très bien située dans Biarritz (quartier St-Charles) et bien équipée pour 6 personnes adultes. Elle doit être également très agréable en été avec sa sortie.... Pas de problème de parking, ce qui est très important. La propriétaire est très accessible et à notre écoute ainsi que la personne qui s occupe de la maison à Biarritz. Très bon séjour, à renouveler peut-être......

Voilà une location très agréable et très bien située. L'intérieur est chaleureux et bien décoré avec le charme de l'ancien. A pieds de toutes les commodités (rue commerçante avec tous les commerces de bouche, fleuriste etc.) et de la plage (10 min). Seule petite amélioration à prévoir si possible : plus de rangement dans la cuisine car aucun placard de libre pour les denrées alimentaires, et dans la chambre avec les deux lits en 90. En dehors de cela, je recommande vivement cette location.

Merci à Nadine pour son accueil chaleureux (un petit cadeau pour les 5 ans de ma fille). La maison est pleine de charme, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un super séjour, proche des commerces et du centre de Biarritz. Une belle semaine de vacances pour le réveillon du jour de l'an. A recommander sans problème.
