TRES BIEN

Location très bien située à proximité du centre. Tout est prévu dans l'appartement. Nous étions deux et c'était parfait. Peut-être un peu moins confortable pour quatre personnes. L'avantage supplémentaire est le garage. c'était appréciable en février mais cela doit être déterminant en été. Nous recommandons cet appartement

Bonjour . Séjour agréable , bon accueil , ambiance biarrotte de rigueur , y compris le climat . L'appartement correspond fidèlement au descriptif , fonctionnel , propre et plutôt calme( à mon goût manque le grille -pain ) . Difficulté de stationnement mais vite résolu par le garage à proximité , un plus . A savoir que je ne mets jamais une note d'excellence . Cordialement .

Location idéale

L'appartement est idéalement situé entre Les Halles et la Côte des Basques. Conforme à l'annonce, il a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes. C'est déjà la deuxième fois et pas la dernière !

Parfait!

Séjour parfait! L'appartement est idéalement situé puisqu'en 5 minutes à pied nous avons accès à toutes les commodités de Biarritz (supérettes, boulangerie, bars, restaurants...) sans compter la plage à proximité. L'appartement est très propres, bien entretenue, agréablement décoré et très bien équipé. Literies au top. Je recommande cette location sans aucunes hésitations!

Une excellente prestation

Idéalement situé ,cet appartement à la décoration de bon goût et au confort très appréciable nous a permis de passer un séjour merveilleux. Les familles ou les couples y trouveront un lieu accueillant et propre. A 5 mn du centre de la ville à pied nous avons pu découvrir des bars et des restos très sympa, le marché couvert à enchanter nos yeux et nos papilles ! Je recommande fortement cette location !

superbe apartemment

très bel appartement bien situé et très bien agencé. il est proche du centre ville mais très calme malgré tout. On aurai pu aussi profiter de la plage tout prés si on avais pas été en hivers

La location est exactement celle indiquée:quatre séjours sans problèmes.L'endroit est propre , confortable et calme,non loin des commerces et de la plage. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit . De plus le propriétaire est attentif et aux bons soins. Visitez l'intérieur du Pays Basque très pittoresque.Allez manger au restaurant "La Goulue" vous ne le regretterez pas!!!!

Super séjour

L'appart est bien placé: proche du centre et des commerces, de la plage, mais sans le bruit. L'appart est beau, bien entretenu et une cuisine bien organisé. Il y a tout le necessaire( sauf grille pain!) le local à l'entrée est très pratique pour ranger les affaires de plage et surf sans mettre du sable partout. On recommande, bon rapport qualité/prix!

Prés des halles et de la côte des basques.

Bon plant d'appart bien équipé, pratique et confortable, situé idéalement entre la côte des Basques et dans le quartier des Halles. Pas de problèmes pour se garer dans la rue. Possibilité de ranger planches de surf (long board compris) dans une petite dépendance à côté de l'entrée.

Séjour très agréable dans une petit maison individuelle idéalement située dans le vieux quartier de Biarritz , l'appartement est confortable , fonctionnel , décoré avec goût et on y dort très bien !!! de superbes ballades sur le front de mer à deux pas de la maison , à proximité également , les commerces du centre ville , les halles, boutiques , restaurants ...permettent de profiter de tout sans jamais prendre sa voiture ! Nous avons hâte de revenir !!

Super séjour. L appartement est idéalement placé. A 5mn des plages et 2mn du centre et des commerces(halles de Biarritz). Propre et confortable. Très bonne connexion wifi. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible(par téléphone), à l'écoute. A l'année prochaine !!

emplacement idéal tel que le décrit le propriétaire ... mais beaucoup de bruit la nuit quand il faut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes , peut être que la climatisation serait la solution à ce problème .compliqué de trouver une place de stationnement ...dommage quand on sait qu'il y a un garage sous l'appartement , bien sûr tout ceci en haute saisons !!! l ' appartement est propre mais les torchons vaisselle mis à dispositions sentaient mauvais , la bonde de douche n' avait pas été nettoyée (bouchée) ainsi que le filtre de l'aspirateur jamais nettoyé du coup il n'aspirait rien... je n'ai pas tout compris dans le contrat de location on me demande de faire le ménage sous peine de me retenir 50 euros alors qu'une femme de ménage vient nettoyer après chaque sortie " je me demande ce quelle nettoie..."??? voilà . le propriétaire est sympathique et courtois j'espère que mes appréciations aideront à améliorer ce lieu idéal cdt DP

appartement très sympa et agréable

Appartement très mignon avec tout confort très bien situé. A 200 mètre de la plage . Magasins et resto juste a côté.nous n avons pas beaucoup utilisé la voiture car tout est a proximité.le seul petit point négatif c est le manque de place pour se garer. Je conseil donc vivement cette location.

Très agréable séjour

Moi et mes deux fils avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement très joli et pratique, proximité immédiate des commerces et de la plage. Boulangerie à 30m, halles à 300 m... Parking assez aisé dans la rue. Propriétaire très sympathique.

Cet appartement situé en plein centre ville propose toutes les commodités. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les commerces, les restaurants.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.Le stationnement n'est cependant pas très évident.

Trés bonne appréciation

Immeuble trés bien situé (centre ville prés dela halle et 50 m. de la plage.). Appartement en parfait état et trés propre (agencement trés agréable et pratique) A proximité de nombreux restaurants (Halle) à découvrir. Location déjà recommandée à mon entourage.
