The "L'Amandier" gîte, classified 3 stars, comprises a living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, appliances, etc.), a first double bedroom with a 160cm bed and a large wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds (on the first floor), a shower room and a separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Make the most of the fine weather with its private shaded terrace featuring garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and the large garden and pool area shared between the 2 gîtes (open from 9am to 7pm). Private parking inside the property and bicycle shed with electricity. Tennis court available in the residence a few metres away. Cleaning, sheets and towels included in the price. You can reach Vendres beach and the port of Chichoulet by bike using a cycle path. Der schöne Pool kann von 9-19 Uhr benutzt werden. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.Die Strände sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Veronique nahm uns in Empfang bei der Ankunft und zeigte uns alles Wissenswerte. Eine Flasche Wein vom Nachbarwinzer war im Kühlschrank. Die ganze Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um die Umgebung zu erkunden oder einkaufen zu gehen. Eine Infomappe hilft bei allem Wichtigen, auch Radwege zum Strand oder Beziers sind beschrieben. Radfahrmöglichkeiten gibt es genug. Der Pool ist von 9-19 Uhr zu benutzen. Er ist vor dem Haus von Véronique und Jerry. Der Garten ist groß und es gibt Parkplatz. Die Beiden leben vor Ort, das ist aber komplett unproblematisch . ##### Monika S.
