It offers complete privacy on a 2000 m² unfenced plot with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. A 7 x 3.5 m saltwater swimming pool, 1.35 m deep, is located in the owners' garden and is for the exclusive use of the tenant. The pool is open from the end of April to the end of September and is secured by a fence and gate. Access is via the ground floor entrance with a 16-step staircase. The first floor comprises a living room with a kitchenette and Wi-Fi internet access, a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) with an en-suite shower room and separate WC. Electric heating is included. Fans are available on site. Linen kit for a 140cm or 160cm bed (€17) and linen kit for a 90cm bed (€13). The kit includes sheets, large and small towels. End-of-stay cleaning: €70\. Built in 1900 in the peaceful, rural setting of a small hamlet in the Périgord Noir region, this restored house offers an apartment with a view of the Château de Beynac, 3 km from the Dordogne River and its world-renowned tourist attractions. You can collect a wealth of memories by visiting the castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, etc.), Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, by canoeing and taking a trip on a traditional flat-bottomed boat to discover the Dordogne Valley, or simply by enjoying nature on one of the many hiking trails.
