Sleeps up to 6...2 bedroom with queen beds-2 bath tri-level with futon in lower-level TV/gaming room. Located in the Quad Cities in a peaceful, well cared for neighborhood, surrounded by parks and greenspace, several disc golf courses, it’s1 block from Duck Creek Parkway; which is a bike/walking trail that will give you access to anywhere in the Quad Cities and within 10 minutes of 2 golf courses. It is centrally located between shopping, restaurants, wineries/breweries and entertainment venues of all types. You’ll be just up the road from the Mississippi River where you can do anything from taking a lunch/dinner cruise on the Celebration Belle to enjoying a meal and a beverage on the riverfront or watching eagles at the lock and dam to ‘reeling in a big one’ fishing. You can hop on the “Channel Cat” water taxi to enjoy the water-front restaurants and shopping on the Iowa and Illinois side of the river as it has 8 stops, for a small fee you can ride all day. Being just a few blocks from I-74 gives you quick access to the Illinois side of the river also. I really can't say enough about this property. It is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at, and that's coming from someone with extremely high standards. It is a tastefully updated home in an established neighborhood and has everything you need in a home away from home. We were only in town for a couple of days for a graduation. It seemed like we were just 10 minutes or less from everything. Amazing host, amazing property - this place sets a high bar and there is no need to look any further unless it is already booked! We will definitely return since we have lots of family in the area. ##### Lisa F. Our son is in the MLF (Major League Fishing) and he had a Regional fishing tournament so we needed somewhere close to the Isle Casino and Hotel and this house was in perfect location for that. I am very OCD with cleanliness which is why we typically take our camper everywhere we go but I can honestly say the house was clean! The house also had everything in it that one would need during your stay but we didn’t use all of the things because we were busy running for his tournament but it was a nice touch to have cause you wouldn’t get those amenities staying in a hotel. We have stayed in condos in Florida and Alabama that has the bare minimum of amenities so it was nice to have those extra things this house had. The house is located perfectly to restaurants and shopping, the neighborhood is very quiet and the furniture is comfortable. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely book with Bryan again as everything was an easy process. ##### Jorri W. We were in town to visit SAU and celebrate their national champion cheer and dance teams. This house was perfectly located. We were within minutes of all things Davenport/Bettendorf. The home was meticulously cleaned before our arrival and very comfortable. Check in was smooth and while we did not need to contact the owners, I have a feeling they would be very responsive. Our pups LOVED the back yard. We only have one more year with an SAU student athlete but would happily rent this house again to visit the area. ##### Royce L. Everything was updated and well maintained. Very nicely decorated. Owner left lots of information regarding the house and surrounding areas. Loved the short walk to the Duck Creek biking trail - great for dog walking. Nice fenced in back yard, however, if you have a small dog, there are potential escape opportunities at most of the corners. Suitcase racks in the bedrooms would be helpful! ##### Mary D. It seems like all amenities were considered. If I had to provide some minor constructive criticism, it would be that the basement exit was filled with leaves (true to the season). So, whenever that back door was used for the dogs, lots of leaves came into the home. Cleaning that out would make keeping the inside clean a lot easier. But, that did not impact our stay.
