Hotel was ok and I hate to give this a low star rating however it needs addressed properly. I am unsure if there was a glitch in the system or we were not checked in properly, but Saturday night while sleeping in our room with my family, someone tried to come into our room. My husband jumped up and found who it was. Seems the problem was the couple trying to come into our room was also given keys to our room. Not only did it terrify my kids, but it could have ended a lot different being that my husband thought we were in danger. The situation was fixed in the morning, but just didn’t feel that the hotel took it as seriously as we did.

This is an old hotel, decent condition for it's age. I don't normally fill these out... Room was not as clean as they claim. I went to pick up something I dropped on the floor - some big dudes old underwear was under the bed. Ick. Oh, and not to mention dried toothpaste in the sink.

There is a convenient store, Sheetz, across the street at the gas station. Other than that, it’s surrounded by warehouses. You need a car to go anywhere. Plenty of parking and outdoor fireplace for gathering.

This was one of my best hotel stays! This place is immaculately clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. Shoutout to Lori in housekeeping, she was so sweet and friendly and made our day! My mom is handicapped and we stayed in an accessible room which was perfect for her and the staff were so accommodating to her. 10/10 would recommend staying here if you’re in the Lehigh Valley area!

We reserved this hotel for the kids to enjoy the pool during our overnight stay. Unfortunately, maintenance forgot to clean the pool overnight. If the pool hours are 5am-10pm, why was it only at 8am when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, that they decided to clean the pool. Very poor management. For a brand new hotel that has everything else on the positive side, this only shows that within time it will go down hill.

Great hospitality from the moment my husband and I walked to the front desk. The gentleman was very friendly, and even helped me sign up for a membership. The check-in process was super fast and our room was very clean. No complaints at all. I will definitely come back!

Everything was very good except I had a couple of areas that we weren’t totally happy about. We didn’t have any Internet for the TV connection on the first day of our stay, but it was fixed in the morning of the next day. The only other thing was maybe we are spoiled but we’ve had the complementary breakfast and other hotels and there’s usually some kind of breakfast meat like ham or bacon, but there was none at this hotel. Otherwise everything was top-notch.

Hotel was very clean and well kept. Was impressed by the breakfast, and the options to use real dishes/cutlery to reduce waste. Our unit had a well stocked kitchenette and lovely bathroom.

Rooms were clean and big. I was not expecting a full kitchen only thing missing was a gas stove! My only issue was no early check in flexibility…if I’m paying over $200 for a 2 night stay I expect some flexibility. The 3pm check in is TOO LATE. I’m a Hilton honors member and only stay at Hilton’s usually I’m met with flexibility regarding early check ins! I was surprised that they were not accommodating of that and obviously wanted to charge for a full night/ $25 extra for literally checking in at 1pm. We were planning on coming at 7am to bethlehem but unfortunately had to change plans due to this hotel trying to charge us for A whole night:/ Overall, we had no issues except this early check in obstacle we were facing and were quite taken back when we were met with no flexibility. We’ve stayed at grand enclaves during beach season and they were way more accommodating without trying to charge us for a whole night! The coffee station & the breakfast was a plus.
