Stayed during a particularly cold week, first floor never warmed up. Had to call property manager for space heaters, which they promptly delivered. It seems like maybe nobody checked on the place before our arrival. A few chairs around the dining room table were broken and almost fell apart underneath us. The fridge was set so cold that all of our food froze. The grill grates were in pieces, not to mention the grill itself was not really functioning (though this may have been due to the cold). Water in the dispenser was funky, like it had been sitting for the while or the filter hadn’t been changed. Anyway, we still had a great time, but the house needs a little TLC. ##### Jacob R.
