    The Space:

    Just a stroll to the outdoor pool and playground and offering a large wrap-around screened porch, this updated first floor, one-level, three-bedroom, two-bath garden-style condo features a living and dining area (with hardwood floors), upgraded well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom, and three bedrooms, including the refreshed primary suite. The kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal. An array of tools and appliances are available including a food processor, immersion blender, hand mixer, waffle iron, toaster oven, toaster, and blender. The kitchen is also well-stocked with wine glasses, bar and margarita glasses, mixing bowls, high end pots and pans, casseroles and baking and cake pans. Additional interior perks include central air conditioning, washer, dryer, three TVs, DVD, and WiFi. For those traveling with little ones, this condo offers child-friendly amenities including a high chair, toddler helper stool, changing table, pack n' play, sound machine, and toys.

Great for a Young Family

We vacationed with 2 young kids at this location. The condo was equipped with kid utensils and bowls, the outlets had covers already on them, and the kids room had some toys, books, pack n play, high chair, etc that were very helpful. The room is also within a short walk to 2 playgrounds and the pool with the splash pad. If you have young kiddos, make sure to book this condo location!

Lovely beach home!

Lovely beach home with everything you need! This house accommodated our family of 5, including a 3 year old who loved all the toys and walking to the park just a few steps away! This is a great location close to the main pool and beautiful huge fitness facility. We rode bikes everyday to the beach and the recreation center for pickleball, shuffle board and basketball. We traveled with extended family all staying at seperate sea colony homes and we loved the ability to host taco night here! We will be back!!

A mixed review

Positives include kids toys, great location, nice screened in porch. Negatives include lack of amenities that had been provided by owners in other Vacasa properties. (Just a note to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, to name a few. Vacasa does not provide very much and then you are on your own.) Housekeeping was disappointing, which I expect is on Vacasa, not the owners.

Lovely stay!

We really enjoyed this property. The electrical made no sense and was quirky, but the condo was as advertised. Relatively comfortable, well taken care of- we would stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful property

Everything was as described in the listing in the house. Very nice and clean. The only recommendation would be to get a bigger coffee maker. Would definitely rent again!

Just a few things

The unit was very nice. The only thing I would say is that the kitchen utensils were sparse and the screened in porch has a door that the bottom is held together by cardboard. Otherwise, the unit was very nice and convenient to the pool, etc.

Great condo. Plenty of parking and lots of room. Fully stocked kitchen. Cable was not working initially. I called the management company and they tried resetting it. It still didn't work, the called to check and I advised it wasn't working. They said they would send someone out. 3 hours later when I returned, there was a brand new tv in the unit and the cable worked perfectly! Lots of towels and clean unit. Very happy!
