  • This is a stunning 1st-floor condo with views to match! Located just outside the lovely town of Bethany Beach. This condo is part of the Sea Colony Resort complex. Staying here gives you access to all of the amazing amenities that Sea Colony offers.

    That includes a PRIVATE beach for Sea Colony owners and guests only. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. 2 gyms each with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and locker room on location. Multiple outdoor pools. Tennis and basketball courts. Free shuttle between Sea Colony East (Oceanside) and West (Inland) locations. Did we mention the private beach???

    This condo truly offers the best of the shore any time of the year. Maybe you prefer the summer months or maybe the off-season months. Whenever you decide to visit there are always a multitude of activities, events, shopping and food options available to you. The location is perfect as it gives you easy access to both the DE and MD shores.

    Please note we no longer offer linen and towel rentals. We recommend Gale Force Rentals. They will offer all of our guests a 10% discount on their order and they offer drop off and pick up.

Our family had a wonderful trip to the beach! The ocean front location made things smooth with lots of kids and for carrying down gear for fun on the beach. The kitchen was nice to prepared simple meals and the condo was perfect to relax in at the end of a fun day at the beach. It was nicely stocked with basics to use and really appreciated the convenient washer and dryer in the master bathroom. Beautiful sunrises could be enjoyed on the outside patio or a quick walk down to the shoreline. Easy access to the boardwalk with a quick drive. We would definitely recommend for families with kids and hope to be able to come back sometime ourselves!

Wonderful stay

This is a great condo, everything is attractive, clean and comfortable and we love the accessible bathroom since we travel with grandmothers. I'm looking forward to returning next year!

Great place

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we have loved it both times. You can't beat the location with the pool and beach right both a few steps from the door. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

This unit was immaculately clean and well-appointed! And you can't beat the location - you can walk right out to the beach or pool with no elevator. Even the parking space is extremely convenient. The owner provided a thorough welcome packet with every bit of information we needed before we arrived which was much appreciated. My husband and I stayed there with my elderly parents and our three children ages 4, 7, and 10 and it was just perfect for us! We had a wonderful stay!

Great location and property

Sea Colony is perfect for families and this condo is a great location on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable in the 3 rooms and the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint would be that the living room furniture could use an update, but the owner seemed receptive to that. Would definitely stay again

Great stay

My family stayed at this property for a week in August. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. My parents had a hallway with their own bedroom and bathroom. The beach and multiple pools are just steps away. We had a wonderful week. This is a lovely, well kept property and fantastic location.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The property was exactly as described. It was well kept and stocked with what we needed. Pre arrival, the property owner was very helpful, and provided detailed information regarding check-in process and location. I would highly recommend this property.

The host left us lots of supplies that even though we brought our own, it was nice to know we were prepared.The accessible shower was wonderful and the best we have ever encountered when renting.Only negative and this might be a Sea Colony Issue and not the host:Outside the door in the hallway in there was lots of lint and dirt. I don't know who should clean it but it would give a much better impression if it were clean.

Another great year with the grandmas!

If you're traveling with seniors or anyone with mobility limitations, this is the perfect place for you! The whole condo is clean and comfortable, and the accessible bathroom with a roll in shower is wonderful! The hosts are great to work with and it's so convenient to be on the first floor.

Another great long weekend at Sea Colony!

This is a very clean, spacious, comfortable condo. It's the second time we've stayed at this unit and were not disappointed! The host is very accommodating and wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Great condo, perfect for older family members

The condo is comfortable and well-equipped, especially with an accessible shower and a handicap access bar near the toilet in one of the bathrooms. The view from the living room is wonderful. It's so nice being on the first floor so the grandmas did not have to take an elevator up and down to the beach/pool. We loved all the Sea Colony amenities and are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Perfect little beach spot

Definitely would stay here again! This unit was very clean and conveniently located. Love the fact that the reserved parking spot was next to the stairwell which was steps away from the front door. For a first floor unit I wasn’t expecting to have a view and was pleasantly surprised. We loved having the convenience of walking out the sliding doors to the beach. You are steps away from one of the many pools and a short walk to the indoor pool. The only minor issue we had was pulling out the bed from the couch. It was really difficult to pull out. Other than that it was a great stay.

march getaway

The place was wonderful and the owners were excellent at getting back to us right away with the challenges that we did have. I didn't love that we had to pay extra for linens, and we did not have notice that the pool, fitness center or hot tub would be unavailable- all of which we were looking forward to. However, other than that it was a great weekend and I would recommend this place!
