If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

This was a nice Sea Colony condo where we enjoyed spending the weekend. While the condo was (expensive but) good, the rental agency was a bit annoying to deal with. No major issues, but the annoyances included:-No keyless entry, so we had to pick up and return physical keys. Not exactly cutting edge and the agency is not located in Sea Colony. -They tell you to bring sheets and towels. Fine. They do not tell you that there’s no TP or soap provided in the condo. They provided us with one roll of TP for a condo with two bathrooms, so we had to go shopping for hand soap and TP during our beach vacation. Lame. -The beds were definitely the cheapest mattresses they could find, the bed frames looked like they were made from chicken wire, and the head boards were literally taped to the wall. Not surprisingly the beds were not comfortable. -The condo had extra, random furniture everywhere. Mainly a bunch or random ottomans, stacked in the living room and in the bedroom closet. All in all we enjoyed our weekend, but the rental agency could do better.
