The cottage is located next to a railway track (a train passes by quickly three times a day: morning, noon, and evening). A few steps lead up to the balcony terrace (with outdoor furniture). The entryway opens into the living area with a kitchen and an open-concept living/dining room (reversible air conditioning). To the right of the living area is a bedroom with one 160-cm bed (and a desk area); on the other side, a hallway leads to a separate toilet, a bathroom, and another bedroom (1 140x190 bed). At garden level, there is a covered carport where you can park a car, as well as a storage room where you can store bicycles. All-inclusive package. Semi-enclosed property. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
