I booked a standard room, but was given a twin room with two single beds. Said they were fully booked and could not help

The Lincoln Hotel
The fan in the bathroom did not work. The TV remote - most of the buttons did not work. The TV has not had its programmed updated in over a year. Some of the channels don’t even exist any more!
