On the 1st floor: \- A fitted kitchen, living room, dining room, veranda, toilet and water room. On the 2nd floor: \- Three bedrooms. \- Garage that can accommodate motorcycles or bicycles. 700 m² wooded, unfenced land. Close to the lake, shops, and ski slopes. Free shuttle stop nearby during winter season. Possibility of parking 2 cars in the driveway. The key reception and return is done at our Super-Besse office independently with our connected key box. Options that must be requested during booking: (ATTENTION, our laundry kits are biodegradable and disposable) \- Laundry kit including: \* large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€) \* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (15€) Towel at 5 euros each (55\*120), at the end of the stay, bring them back home with you! End-of-stay cleaning mandatory. The key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Super-Besse agency. A mandatory deposit of €600 (not cashed) will be requested (check or bank imprint). Animals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (within the limit of 2).
