Conveniently and centrally located in Besozzo, this 100 sqm flat offers comfort and style in an independent setting. Located on the first floor and accessible via a staircase at the entrance, the flat is suitable for up to four people.  
  
The large living room features numerous windows that make it bright and welcoming, while the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a small balcony offering additional space. The large dining table and living area with sofa bed and smart TV provide comfort and entertainment for guests.  
  
The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a private balcony, while the small bedroom offers a single bed. The second bathroom is adjacent to this room. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.  
  
Air conditioning, dolcegusto coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, smart TV and washing machine complete the flat's equipment.  
  
The elegant and refined style of the flat, combined with its brightness and ample space, make it an ideal place to relax and enjoy a pleasant holiday in Besozzo, a picturesque location on Lake Maggiore with a strategic position for exploring the natural and cultural beauty of the surrounding area.
