My only warning would be the surroundings and the parking lot could be perceived as unsafe - nothing outrageous but some rowdy folks in the evening, dark parking lot. The yard has nice landscaping and very nice lush grass - but no patio furniture so if you're wanting to be outside, bring a folding chair.
