La Conciergerie offers you, in Bernières-sur-Mer, this charming house 50m from the beach with no street to cross, with a surface area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It is composed of a living room of 15 m², an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a fenced garden of about 277 m². Wifi (fibre optic) included, we are waiting for you!<br><br>The accommodation<br>The accommodation is composed as follows:<br>Ground floor:<br>- A 15 m² living room with TV, armchairs, fireplace (non-functional) and dining area<br>- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...<br>- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)<br>- A separate toilet<br><br>Upstairs:<br>- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) with private toilet<br>- Bedroom 3: two single beds<br>- A bathroom (with shower)<br><br>Outside:<br>- A beautiful private and enclosed garden of 277 m², facing north with furniture to enjoy the sunny days<br><br>Other remarks<br>- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)<br>- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation<br>- There is no washing machine but a laundromat at the Intermarché 650 m away<br>- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
