The Accommodation
The holiday rental is located in the attic of a newly built solid-wood house. Here you’ll find high-quality amenities and a fresh, modern design.
The location is perfect for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee and excursions into the Bavarian mountains on foot or by bike. At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town, where everything is within easy reach.
An absolute highlight of this apartment is the exposed roof trusses, the generous ceiling height, and the two balconies. On one balcony, you can enjoy a Weber electric grill as well as the breathtaking view of the mountains. The larger balcony, with its cosy lounge area, invites you to watch the sunset.
A parking space is available right in front of the building, and a wheelchair-accessible entrance and lift take you comfortably up to the apartment on the 2nd floor.
Start your day with a delicious cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the mountains and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer.
To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the bedroom features cosy box-spring double beds with hotel-quality bedding. In addition, a high-quality sofa bed with an extra sleeping function was selected.
The apartment also features a dining area that seats 6 people.
Afterwards, relax in the cosy atmosphere, which features a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favourite shows and films in the best picture quality.
On the balconies, you’ll find additional seating, lounge chairs for relaxing, and a Weber grill for cosy evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals.
The bathroom features both a shower and a comfortable bathtub. Here you can unwind after an eventful day. The apartment also features a guest bathroom.
For your comfort, we provide fresh towels as well as all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo. You’ll also find a washer-dryer in the bathroom, so you can conveniently do your laundry right there.
