The property was convenient for Acadia. There were cobwebs with spiders in lots of the corners of the ceilings we vacuumed up. They have a nice fire pit, but they charge for firewood on property, you can get cheaper firewood elsewhere. One of the bedrooms is through another bedroom, in other words, you have to walk through one to get to the other.

Outside yard space was great. Maintenance on the grill and the fire pit could be better. Ashes piled up in the fire pit and baffles on the grill needed cleaning. The interior space was nice but there were problems with the downstairs toilet. Overall, I’d come back if the price was lower.

Property was definitely on the quiet side like advertised. Very peaceful. Liked the layout of the house. 25 minute ride to Acadia attractions which was wonderful. We found many places to eat close by that were delicious! House had a few cobwebs which were a little unsettling.

Property advertised as 4 bdr. I reality, it was 3 bdr because the 4th bdr was directly connected to the 3 upstairs bedroom which meant that you had to pass through the 3rd bedroom to get to the 4 bedroom. For 8 adults, this was unsatisfactory. Downstairs shower never got hot water...lukewarm at best. Bathroom doors did not have locks that worked!
