I highly enjoyed my room with its high ceilings and comfortable bed. Very quiet and peaceful, waking up to the sounds of morning doves. The restaurant was exceptional - friendly staff and delicious food. Only complaint was the lack of communication between office staff and access to needed services - not having a reservation on Tropic Air on upon my arrival in Belize City, confusion about what could be ordered with the breakfast certificate, not giving me correct information about the pickup time for a snorkeling trip and then not being on the list for the trip, not being on the list for the water taxi to the airport. not arranging for my driver to be paid for my ride from the water taxi to the airport. Chronic lack of follow through.

The property is immaculate, the staff are the best of the best, and they genuinely care about what your needs are. I haven’t been this impressed…ever! They stand when they see you, everyone from the desk, to maids, to lawn maintenance greet you with a pleasant hello and eager to help make your stay amazing. 5/5 stars. Could go on and on about how well they treated us. Thank you!

This was a ultra modern resort with excellent rooms and staff. Beautiful resort. In room laundry and multiple salt water pools. The restaurants were good but not great and the on site store was convenient but not well stocked. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a terrible sargassum problem that rendered the sea front useless and the pools were cold

The staff was great! The drinks and the food were amazing! We felt like royalty for our honeymoon.
