The Breakers - Bunga Street 49

  • Offering dramatic oceanfront cliff-top views over Bearers Beach, there are very few places in the world that can command coastal views like this.

    This beautiful home has been planned to maximize the sweeping panoramic beach views over Beares Beach. Located within walking distance of the township of Bermagui, this property features a well designed walkway which gives private access to the beach. With 5 bedrooms you can bring the whole family (plus more!) to enjoy the best of what Bermagui has to offer.

    Lounge/Dining/Kitchen: Looking out over the Pacific Ocean (don't forget to look for whales!) you will feel at home with plenty of books to read whilst listening to
    the waves, free Wi-Fi. With comfortable lounges to relax on, there is also a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook up a storm.

    Spend some enjoyment down in garage which has been converted to games room with pool table and ping pong table.
    Please note access to garage is internally only.

    Bedrooms: The property features 5 bedrooms, 3 renovated Bathrooms and a renovated powder room and comfortably sleeps 12 people.
    Bedding configuration:
    Bedroom 1: 1 King size bed with bedside tables, lamps
    Bedroom 2: 1 Queen size bed with bedside tables, lamps, built in wardrobe and windows on two sides allowing maximum sun.
    Bedroom 3: 1 Queen size bed with bedside tables, lamps and a built in wardrobe.
    Bedroom 4: 1 Double size bed with bedside tables, lamps and a built in wardrobe.
    Bedroom 5: Situated downstairs, this room has 2x tri bunks making it a perfect children's escape.

    Outdoor areas: The back of the house has a full-length deck complete dining table and chairs Cook a BBQ whilst overlooking the breath-taking views.

    Linen - Guests will need to bring their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.

    Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

    Wi-Fi is available at this property, as we are in a regional area, service cannot be guaranteed.
