  • We are renting out a house with 70 m² of living space and a garden, divided into two separate apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a comfortable king-size bed. Perfect for couples, business travelers, or small families who want to explore Berlin!

    Accommodation details:
    • Living space: 70 m², divided into 2 apartments
    • Each apartment is equipped with the following: king-size bed; separate bathroom with shower and toilet; Wi-Fi and TV
    • Shared kitchen: Fully equipped, including coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, oven, ceramic cooktop (4 burners), and microwave
    • Parking: 2 parking spaces on the property, additional spaces on the quiet street

Wunderbar gelegen mit einem tollen Ausblick in den Garten. Sehr sauber und sehr tolle Ausstattung. Mit dem Parkplatz perfekt für uns und gerne beim nächsten Mal auch ein längerer Aufenthalt.

Tolle Unterkunft mit zwei Zimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad (besonders gut hat mir die Regendusche gefallen). Alles ebenerdig. Die Küche war mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet (Geschirr für 6 Personen, Senseo, Wasserkocher, Herd, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine). Sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Das Haus ist noch sehr neu und daher ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir (2 Personen und 1 Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
