Very comfortable and clean! There's a great art supplies shop nearby and lots of restaurant choices 5/10 minute walk away. Otherwise not a lot to do (surrounded by car dealerships) but it was a 20 minute walk to the Berlin University of Arts campuses and the area around there is great - lots of food options around! Convenient buses too, if you don't want to walk. I enjoyed my stay!

Comfortable and Clean

Great hotel if you're looking for a room to sleep comfortably in while seeing the city. In a quieter residential area with public transit and plenty of shops and dining within blocks. Not a lot of amenities and the staff (they were understaffed) did their absolute best for every guest. Nice social area.

Personal was so friendly and nice hotel design. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the breakfast, firstly there was a very small choice for 15 euros, secondly I came for breakfast at 9 am for breakfast and there was nothing even after breakfast until 11. The staff also had breakfast at the time when the hotel guests were eating, which did not look very nice. And for some reason, the bed in the room was terribly uncomfortable, the mattress fell through.

The property was modern however the rooms were not very clean and the staff not very accommodating when issues were brought up nothing was done about it. The cleaners and staff constantly knocked on the door everyday to see if we were checking out and when we would be vacating the room this was really inconvenient and unpleasant.

Grundsätzlich gute, saubere Zimmer. Frühstück nicht probiert. Beim betreten des Zimmers (oder wenn man die unbeschrifteten Lichtschalter verwechselt startet der Bluetooth-Speaker hinter dem FErnseher (grundsätzlich gute Idee) mit einem Sound, der nicht mit dem Schlaf der Mitreisenden kompatibel ist. Auch im Bad gibt es einen BT Speaker, der macht keine Geräusche. Es gibt aber keinerlei Duschabtrennung, so dass man es mit wenig Aufwand schafft, wirklich bis zum WC-Papier alles nass zu bekommen… Keine Möglichkeit für Kaffee, Tee oder Kühlung auf dem Zimmer, dafür gab es einen kleinen Safe. Das Bett war gut, der Schreibtisch ist der Rede nicht wert, knapp 1m x 30cm incl. Lampe reicht nur für Postkarten, ein einziger Stuhl in einem Zimmer mit 3 Personen war knapp. Verschiedene Steckdosen haben USB (A) direkt eingebaut.
