Two rooms plus bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen to a total of 40sqm and 200sqm garden with rest and barbecue. location The house fine arbor located in Berlin's Rahnsdorf. For everyday necessities some bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, a newsagent are within 10-15 minutes. The lake with a beach, a small bar and boat rental bike less than 10 minutes. The nearest bus stop is around 5-7 minutes walk, the next tram station in 15 minutes and the S Bahn in 15-20 minutes. All stations connect Rahnsdorf to the next place Friedrichshagen, invite in the cafes, restaurants, a shopping street, a promenade by the lake to stay. Tram and suburban railway line are a fast and convenient way to Köpenick or to the city center of Berlin. Koepenick be reached in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn, the Alexanderplatz in about 35 minutes. The fine arbor itself lies among pine trees in a beautiful garden on the rear portion of land which is built on to the front with a small detached house - the gardens are in the middle separated by garden houses, so privacy is guaranteed. equipment The fine arbor was completely renovated in 2016 and has a cozy style on. It offers a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room as a walk-through room and a bedroom, which has its own access to the garden, so that any guests in the living room can remain undisturbed. Met de S-Bahn ben je in een half uur midden in Berlijn. Er zijn twee fietsen beschikbaar waarmee je naar S-BahnRahnsdorf kunt fietsen. Wij deden dit met de auto en konden gemakkelijk de auto kwijt (maar dat was wel in het weekend). Een mooie combinatie van stad en natuur. Super vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Stayed 14 nights in Aug 2017 Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### ulrike s. 25 Jul 2017 #### Super Ferienunterkunft Liebe Landjungs, der Aufenthalt in Eurer "feinen Laube" hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen: Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und stimmig bis ins kleinste Detail. Der Garten hatte für uns einen besonderen Erholungswert und bot einen schönen Kontrast zu dem hektischen Berlin. Die Krönung war für uns aber die supernette Betreuung, angefangen bei der Anreise und den Infos per SMS während des Aufenthalts bis hin zur Nachsendung unserer vergessenen Sachen. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Thorsten K. 19 Aug 2016 #### Erholsame Woche in gemütlicher Gartenlaube Die Gartenlaube liegt in Berlin-Rahnsdorf auf einem Grundstück inmitten eines ruhigen Wohngebietes mit Einfamilienhäusern in der Nähe eines Waldes. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und gewährt Privatsphäre. Die Laube selbst ist neu her- und eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und steht einem mit guten Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung und für Restaurantbesuche hilfreich zur Seite. Für den Weg zum Bäcker und zum Supermarkt ist das Fahrrad empfehlenswert (zwei Fahrräder stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung). Berlin-Zentrum ist mit dem Auto in ca. 45 Minuten zu erreichen (je nach Verkehrslage). Die Laube eignet sich unserer Meinung sehr gut für zwei Personen, welche in der Umgebung von Berlin einen naturnahen Urlaub verbringen möchten. Der nahe Müggelsee lädt bei schönem Wetter zum Baden ein. ##### Thorsten K. Kleiner Bungalow oder vielmehr „feine Laube“ im ebenso feinen und liebevoll angelegten Garten mit älteren und jüngeren Bäumen, welche die Hitze während unseres Aufenthaltes angenehm reduzierten. Die Einrichtung der „Laube“ sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig. Man findet alles, was man benötigt auf Anhieb, so als hätte man bereits mehrmals dort gewohnt. Wir haben während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes wunderbar und ruhig geschlafen, nicht zuletzt wegen der sehr guten Matratze und der friedlichen Umgebung. Mit den beiden Fahrrädern des Hauses haben wir viele 20-30 km weite Touren in die Umgebung (Köpenick Müggelsee usw.) unternommen. Für Fahrten ins Zentrum von Berlin haben wir die S-Bahn genommen, was uns die unnötigen Staus auf den Ausfallstraßen von Berlin ersparte. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und uns gegenüber immer hilfsbereit, so dass für uns feststeht, auch bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wir wieder in der „feinen Laube“ absteigen.
