We visiting the Ocean City area for a baseball tournament for my son. The property was perfectly situated between the beach and the field. It was also convenient to grocery, gas and restaurants. The park was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful stay and the home was perfect for our family!The only, MINOR complaint we had would be that there were no consumable products in the home when we arrived (napkins, paper towel, Kleenex). It would have made clean up much easier if we’d known in advance.

#### Beautiful & Comfortable

A safe, fun neighborhood less than 30 minutes from downtown Ocean City. The beds were comfortable, the TV was enormous, the kitchen was new and clean and provided everything one would need. Even nice neighbors to chat with when we came & went, and a security guard who provided a GREAT recommendation for where to get get a good gluten-free meal. We would happily stay here again.

#### OC area vacation

Check in was easy and the use of a keyed lock was great. The house was neat and tidy and was supplied with essentials. There was a large Roku TV in the living room and two smaller ones in the bedrooms. The AC worked well and was needed as we were there during a hot week. Checkout was also easy as we just turned in the gate passes and departed.

This was a very cute place. Freshly decorated and clean. However there were LOTS of ants any time a crumb was left anywhere there were ants. This is also not in Ocean Pines as the listing would have you believe. Its in white horse park which is actually a trailer /modular home community next to ocean pines.

#### Nice economical modular home

Our family of three older adults worked just fine in this 2 BR/1 BA house. All kitchen amenities and modern appliances. Comfortable beds (queen in one BR, full size lower bunk with twin size above in the other BR). Very good A/C kept us very cool on very hot June days. Large TV with excellent picture. A few nitpicks: carpet leading into living room had a dingy look, one BR had part of a window blind broken, toilet paper holder was missing its bar, so was unusable, and a fly buzzed around us all 5 days of our stay. A fly swatter or sticky fly paper would be a good addition, something we never thought of when we shopped at the nearby Food Lion! As I said, nit picky things that didn’t affect our pleasant stay. Hopefully, management will take care of these quickly, as the on-site office staff were very gracious and eager to please. We would return!
