Person at reception was welcoming and quite helpful. He did help to store luggage in his office as we had to check in early. Their main lift was having problems, we had to use an alternate lift. That was the only hassle. I also had some delays and confusions on communication around a room upgrade request I made. Ich habe vorgängig per E-Mail wegen dem Gepäck gefragt und eine nichtssagende Antwort erhalten mit Verweis auf einen Gepäckaufbewahrungsservice, den es gar nicht in der Nähe dieser Unterkunft gibt. Offensichtlich nur eine vorgefertigte Standardantwort von jemandem ohne lokale Kenntnisse.
