In the heart of Ocean Pines awaits the family vacation home you have been dreaming of! 36 Rabbit Run Lane is a fabulous and recently updated home on a quiet street that still offers all of the wonderful amenities and serenity that Ocean Pines has to offer. \*This home is Only Available Friday to Friday in Season\* Ocean Pines boasts a plethora of dining and activities for all ages right within the community! There are indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, a library, restaurants, golf, and walking trails. Guests of this home are provided with ONE parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo. The Beach Club is only 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. Ocean Downs Casino and Racetrack is also just 3 short miles away! No detail has been overlooked in this beautiful, recently updated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home that comfortably sleeps a family of 6\. As you enter, you are sure to fall in love with the open living floor plan and the vaulted ceilings! There is plenty of cozy furniture for the whole family to comfortably be together without ever feeling crowded. Lounge in the chaise or recliner, or spread out on the plush wrap-around couch! Whichever you prefer, there’s no shortage of space to relax in the AC, watch a movie, and unwind after a long day of fun in the sun! Just off the living area is the well-equipped Kitchen that is sure to be a dream come true for the chef in your family! Thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts of home, this kitchen helps make family meals in a breeze! There is a large island with seating for 5, great for a quick bite before running off to a day of fun in the sun, or you can bring the whole family together at the kitchen table. As an added bonus, just off the kitchen, there is a beautiful Sun Room with an oversized picnic table. This room also has a seating area and a mounted flat-screen TV! Just imagine gathering the family for a traditional Maryland Crab Feast with natural light beaming in, all while enjoying your favorite sports team play! As you make your way down the hall towards the bedrooms, you will pass the convenient Washer and Dryer, just in case you need to run a quick load while calling Rabbit Run home. At the end of the hall is the Master Bedroom, with a plush King bed, flat screen Smart TV, attached private bath, and a workstation with monitor, just in case you need to get a little work done. The attached Master Bath has a shower/tub combo that’s perfect for freshening up after a day of fun! Just around the corner, Bedroom 2 is a calming retreat with cool seafoam greens and blues. Melt into the Queen bed and relax watching the Flat Screen TV while you drift off to sleep. Bedroom 3 will comfortably sleep 2 with 2 cozy Twin Beds and also has a Flat Screen TV. In the hall, convenient to the bedrooms and the living area is the shared Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal outdoor pools and an indoor pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry. While in Ocean Pines you can enjoy a number of parks and walking trails available within the community. There are 2 marinas, a premier racquet sports facility and a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed championship golf course. Rabbit Run Lane 36 allows ONE well-trained family dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. NO CATS or other animals permitted. The tans may fade, but the Memories last forever..... \*This home is Only available to rent Friday to Friday in Season. The house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The community pools were great. The Ocean Pines beach club/beach was nice but refused to let my 76 year old mother use the bathroom because we were renters and did no have an appropriate pass. Our family (including 3 adults, 2 children and 1 pup) enjoyed 8 days at this property. The home is clean, comfortable, and convenient. It has beautiful furnishings, including a very well-equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, and comfortable seating for a large family. A TV set is in every room, and a large assortment of games kept everyone happily entertained! The sunroom on the side of the home was a really neat feature and gave us a little extra space. They even had little dog bones and an extra leash, which was a really sweet touch! Some Suggestions: The screen on the sliding screen door on the sun porch was not attached, and my pup ran out easily into the yard and across the street. This may have been fixed by now, but I wanted to mention it. We did alert the management company about this during our stay. Also, some of the windows on the sun porch were a bit dirty. Ocean Pines houses can be susceptible to a lot of battering since they are near so many trees, it takes a lot of upkeep to ensure leaves, mold, etc, don't creep in. The yard is very pretty and wooded, but there isn't much area to be outdoors with kids playing, as there is a lot of poison ivy in spots at the back of the house and on the sides. We would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is sweet, on a nice cul-de-sac as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this home and appreciate the care with which the owners have taken.
