personnel was friendly. It would have been nice if it would have been possible to have a drink in the evening. Everything was closed.I had to smoke on the street and didn´t feel safe. Accomodation was clean, breakfast was good.

This property was a perfect place to rest your head at a very competitive price. Its located next to multiple U-bahn stops for easy commuting around the city and a 20-30 minute walk to downtown Mitte, 10-20 to Kreuzberg, and to many of the sight-seeing spots around town. There are few amenities (bring your own bath soap and don't expect an iron), but the bed is comfy, the space clean, and for that price and location, made for a great place to rest my head at the end of a long day.

Didn't live up to our expectations

If you are looking for JUST a place to sleep this is it. However, the apartment is really dirty and dilapidated. Spiderweb all over, and kinda suspicious entry hall to the apartments. The staff is nice tho, however, we had difficulty in understanding what we/they wanted, as they didn't speak English at all.

Not good.

They charge €10 for arrivals after 8pm and €20 for after 10pm, even though the receptionist was waiting for others to arrive after 10pm. So a good money maker for the business instead of having an online check in system and a locked key box or door code like most modern places. Just to make extra money, clearly. The first night I had no hot water, and the next day the same problem, the water would go warm, about 30°C - 35°C and then cold again. I was told nobody would come on a weekend, and I was the only person to report this. The next day I only got very cold water, I ran the shower for 10 minutes, it was just cold. So I called the phone, over 1 hour no answer. I messaged on hotels app, no answer, so I had a cold wash with a towel. Later that day I saw the receptionist and she offered to come look. When running the sink tap on hot, and the shower, I was able to get a stream of warm but not hot water. The next day they arrived and fixed it. I asked what kind of compensation do I get for this inconvenience, I said to ask the manager. I got no compensation for this. All in all a very average hotel not bad except if something goes wrong you are left having cold showers and no compensation, they only want to take money for late arrivals, you'd think arriving before midnight is quite standard for a hotel and would not charge a fee, and you’d think if a guest was reporting a cold shower that would be a priority. Wouldn’t stay again. There are better places for the same price.

Godt med parkering i gården, men morgenmad var middelmådigt, de glemte eks. de ene dag at lave æg. Væggene på værelset havde flere steder løst tapet. Der var meget koldt da vi ankom, på badeværelset var sprunget pære samt manglede afdækning indtil hul i væggen

Fint ophold

Ligger centralt og tæt på transportmiddler. Morgenmaden som skulle være inkluderet skulle man betale for så det sprang vi over. Værelses pænt og rent, brugte det kun til at sove i.

Billigt hotel central i Berlin

Det er billigt sted at bo i Berlin man bor meget centralt i Berlin, værelset var ok der var hvad man skal brug en seng og et badeværelse, der er morgenmad med i prisen men det ok mad der er ikke det store udvalgt men fint start på dagen. Det er et hotel man skal vælge hvis man ikke bruger den store tid på hotellet det bare et sted man skal sove og vil ud og opleve byen.

Sehr heruntergekommen. Und unsauber, oberflächlich geputzt. Personal aber sehr freundlich. Ärgerlich aber, hatten zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht und einer von uns wurde umgebucht auf zweiten Standort gut 800 m entfernt. Frühstück gibts aber nur in einem Standort.....

Einfach nur schrecklich

An der Rezeption kaum einer da...unsere Unterkunft war in einem Mehrfamilien Haus..Zimmer waren nicht schön, total dreckig. Im Bad mochte man sich nicht aufhalten es war dreckig und Schimmlig, im Bett lagen fremde Haare und Löcher im Bettlaken. Gardinen hingen kaputt und dreckig am Fenster.Total hellhörig.Wir hatten zwei Zimmer aber nicht wie beschrieben mit Verbindungstür sondern vier Zimmer auseinander...Wir waren gottseidank nur zum schlafen da und das ist schon zuviel aufenthalt...es ist aufjedenfall NICHT weiter zuempfehlen...man müsste eigentlich sein Geld zurück bekommen wegen schadenersatz.sind sehr traurig
