I stayed at numa Novela for a long weekend and was glad I had booked here for my stay. I booked a suite with Balcony. The room was bright, airy and extremely spacious. It was clean, well appointed and equipped with everything you need, including the added benefit of a small kitchenette area. The Nespresso coffee machine was a welcome extra 👍). It was great to have the option to open the doors to the balcony and absorb the sights and sounds of the city below, but can shut out all of the hustle and bustle when the doors are closed. There are some good restaurants within walking distances and the most amazing bakery next door to the hotel. The hotel isn’t the most central but travelling around is made easy by the U & S Bhan - and the many walkable station options. I would definitely book again.

Clean, well kept, quiet (with windows shut), remote staff are very responsive. Generally, accomodation in west Berlin is quite far from the sites in east Berlin, but public transport is efficient and reliable.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was small but clean. There is not a receptionist. You get a code to get into the building and into your room. There is suppose to be a security guard at the front entrance. During my two day stay I never saw the person. The front door of the building was wide open one evening. The door of your room does not have a deadbolt to lock it from the inside. I would have preferred that.

The room was great - spacious and clean. They could do better in their WiFi. It was often a weak connection. Also, it would’ve been nice to have the room cleaned atleast once during our stay. After 4 days, it did get a bit messy, especially the bathroom

Bad customer service Their system glitch Asked me to stand there and take videos and think I’m just stupid Only after an hour they found out it’s their system issue Customer service is horrible The guard thinks everyone is a thief and follow you around but will not help you. The cleaning people just open the door in without knocking. No cleaning service or garbage pick up, but every single day they open the door in when I was still in the unit. To steal things? I don’t know. Just horrible

The stay was completely spoiled by lack of hot water in the building for the duration of the stay and total lack of transparency by the owners about the severity of the problem, and then the fact that we had to negotiate to leave, says everything you need to know about lack of care and consideration for guests. In theory these automated no staff systems offer efficiency but shows when their is a problem they can't empathise to the guest situation. Overall poorly handled.

Not safe - Don’t stay here
Avoid if you want a safe place to stay. Front door does not shut properly anyone can walk in. Room doors also do not close properly - beware. I booked this place for two of my work colleagues for a week for a trade show. unfortunately due to a bereavement one colleague could not go so I went in his place. Getting hold of Numa/Novela to change the booking wasn’t easy. I asked to amend the check in date as my flight had been cancelled and I would arrive a day later than my colleague but they refused to change it. I didn’t want a refund just to change the date as I physically couldn’t get there - no, not possible apparently. My colleague arrived and went into his room For the first night. After falling asleep he woke around 2am to find a man in his room standing by the door who immediately left the room and shut the door. Being very tired from travel and a long day at work he assumed the man had just come into the wrong room by mistake, and he went straight back to sleep. He woke in the morning to find his phone and wallet had been stolen. Luckily he caught a member of staff who was delivering the breakfast boxes who were able to call the police and management for him. Police were able to look at his phone/credit card transactions that a thief had come into the hotel and then gone on to do the same thing at other hotels. My colleague let me know and I immediately contacted Numa to ask them to let us check out or find us accommodation else where - they refused.

Rooms are new &,with all the accessories. The wifi is excellent The place is allmost at the centre & in the middle of two trains stations- near the hotel very good restaurant of burgers We’re family and stay for one week , and we ask few times for a basic cleaning and they don’t want to do it! Also we ask one day before check out to leave one hour after and they don’t let us !? There is no help desk at all - only at the what’sup is the speaker and you feel to speak with an ‘robot’ ! I think that next time we’ll take a true hotel…

Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Lage ist super. Nur die techn. Geräte (Induktionskochfeld hat nicht einwandfrei funktioniert) sollten Bedienungsanleitungen haben. Kommunikation WhatsApp erst über einen Bot, dann erst mit Mitarbeitern. Ein einfaches Anrufen hätte ich bevorzugt. Alles in allem aber tipptopp.

Wir (2 Erw. u. 2 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein großes Zimmer und ein kleines Badezimmer. Alles sehr sauber und gem. Beschreibung vorhanden. Bus, U-Bahn fussläufig zu erreichen (3-5 Minuten). Gerne wieder!

Vom einchecken an hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Wir haben sogar schon morgens um elf Uhr eine WhatsApp erhalten, dass das Zimmer bereits frei ist. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht aber da wurde uns sehr schnell per WhatsApp geholfen. Wasser und Kaffee Pads waren vorhanden. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Bis morgens um neun kann man kostenlos vor dem Hotel parken wer sein Auto kostenlos abstellen will, dem empfehlen wir den Park and Ride Parkplatz in ca. 2,5 km. Von da an kann man direkt der U-Bahn weiter. Die Bäckerei nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen.

とても清潔で防音もしっかりしている部屋でした。1週間程宿泊したのですが、毎日掃除があるわけではなく、タオルやトイレットペーパー、紅茶、コーヒーなどはセルフで交換できるようにランドリールームに置いてありました。 鍵などもなく、チェックインの日に送られてくるピンコードで出入りできるのは便利でした。
