I loved the place, simply loved it. The only complaint I had is I wish the tv was a true smart tv and wasn’t forced to stream from my own apps form my phone. Whenever I would do that, it would work for about 15 minutes and then drop out. Other than that, everything else was amazing. Clean, comfy, homy.

I liked that the hotel was in an area where I felt safe. As someone who has never visited Berlin before, I felt that the area was easy to navigate. The the free drink at the front was a plus as well!

The Bed is a Cloud!
We were going to have our dogs with us but we found a sitter at the last minute. This would have been excellent because they provided a plush pet bed and dog bowls! Also, no carpet so easier to wash the floors of any mess or hair. Beds are tall so little dogs can't jump on the bed. The bed is THEE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in Germany. I love the "green" sheets. They feel so clean and new. Its a beautiful hotel next to Stiilwerk Modern Furniture and in walking distance to the Charlottenburg Palace. We will pin this for any future stays. Excellent and friendly check-in. The front desk is closed during certain hours so there is private late night access one door over in a hallway from the street. Its safe and private. You will need your room key to access. Although it is far from the key places, its worth it. We are booking again!

Das Zimmer war gut, aber so extrem exotische Wünsche wie ein weiteres Handtuch, oder mehr Toilettenpapier waren per Chatbot nicht zu kommunizieren. Auch die Erweiterung auf zwei Gäste für die letzten zwei Nächte gelang erst nach mehreren Anläufen

Chaotische Buchung, schlechter Service
Zimmer war fest gebucht, vollwr Betrag wurde rechtzeitig vorher (3Tage vorher) voll abgebucht. Bis zum Tag der Anreise gab es keine Nachricht mit dem Zuganscode, erst auf Nachfrage.Dann war das gebuchte (und voll bezahlte) Zimmer nicht verfübar, schlechteres wurde mit 15% Reduktion versprochen. Allerdings kam diese bis heute (12 Tage später) nicht an. So gehts nicht!! Zudem ist die Kommunikation mit einem chat bot sehr mühsam und oft unverstädlich

Presque top
pas trop mal situé. Juste un problème de gestion des chambres et employés. On me propose un tarif par téléphone et arrivé sur place j'en est un autre (plus cher bien sur) et tout un mélange sur ma réservation, ce qui fait que ma clé a été désactivé pendant mon séjour je me suis retrouvé à la rue jusqu'à 4h du matin. Mais si le petit déjeuner était offert comme dédommagement, j'ai quand même du me lever à 7h. Heureusement cette "nuit" était finalement offerte ... bref .. dommage, petit manque de sérieux

Der Check in ist chaotisch. Wir haben die E-Mail-Benachrichtigung mit Möglichkeit zum Check in erst am zweiten Tag des Aufenthalts erhalten. Und der Check-in in der "Rezeption" hat gefühlt ewig gedauert. Das hat uns den Aufenthalt etwas verleidet. Nach einer langen Anreise will man nicht noch eine halbe Stunde an der Rezeption warten (vor uns war niemand, der Check-in hat über 30 Minuten gedauert. Das war richtig schade. Und das Personal ist nicht wirklich super-freundlich. Man entschuldigt sich zwar für die Dauer, aber das kam nicht rüber, als ob es ernst gemeint ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da kann man nicht meckern. Und wenn man ein Zimmer zum Innenhof bekommt, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Und die Zimmer sind auch ok. Und die kostenlosen Getränke im EG sind nicht nur eine nette Geste, sondern sind auch was besonderes. Wenn die IT und die Organisation besser wären, wäre die Bewertung auch besser gewesen. Es kam vom Hotel eine bitte um ein Feedback. Hätte ich gerne gemacht, nur der Button funktioniert nicht. Gut gedacht, schlecht gemacht, wie viel in dem Hotel. Eigentlich schade.
