I stayed there for a week. It’s a nice place and the river view was incredible but don’t keep the balcony door open because all the insects will enter your room because the river is beside you.

Coming from another country, the language was a barrier (and that is when we did find someone to speak to). The customer service was horrible. We tried to find someone to answer questions we had which proved extremely difficult. When we did find a young lady, she said she had only been a week and could not answer these questions. Also, at time to pay, this was an issue because we could not pay in cash. Imagine, no one was at the front desk to collect cash payment. Your site says 24HR front desk service and we could not find this at ANY TIME. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

Es hat uns im großen und ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Es war ruhig toller Blick auf die Spree. Supermarkt einen Katzensprung entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Leider war es ein wenig kalt. Man konnte die Heizung auch nicht hochdrehen. Küche noch nicht so gut ausgestattet. Ein Besen hat gefehlt. Trotz allem hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen wieder.
